Dairy-Free Pizza with Hummus and Roasted Butternut Squash

Layer hummus on raw pizza dough, top with tomato sauce and partly cooked butternut squash, and bake for a low-fat, fully satisfying meal. Serve this plant-strong pizza at your Super Bowl party. I bet no one will ask "where's the cheese?" See tips below for other toppings.

Tiger Squash: Grilled Butternut Squash

Crispy and stripe-edy on the outside, creamy on the inside, Tiger Squash is ready in less than 15 minutes. I'd expected it to be sweetly carmelized like oven-roasted squash. Instead, Tiger Squash has the savory snap of French fries. It's a great way to welcome fall produce without heating up the oven or lots of chopping.
