Dear Mamaclausen, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience! I thought the ebook versions had been fixed. Here's the amount:
4/5ths pound lentils (360 grams or scant 2 cups) and 1 1/3 cups spring onions.
You and anyone else with any version of the book can also get the WAO bonus information here:
http://www.cookforgood.com/wao/
Look under "recipe corrections" for a link to a table showing the values for all the scrambled fractions. The only other correction (so far!) is a recipe for peach pie, which was mentioned on the back cover. Peach cobbler is in the book, but I added a pie recipe in case anyone bought the book for it!
Hope your dinner turns out well!

I want to make this recipe this week, but in my ebook copy it does not say how many lentils--there is just a symbol, like my ereader could not produce that font. Can you tell me the amount? Thanks.
