On the set of My Carolina Today
I filmed a spot on My Carolina Today with gorgeous produce from Edible Earthscapes, the CSA box that I pick up at the Midtown Farmers Market. The hosts Valonda and Sharon love healthy eating, so the spot may have parts about eating locally all year round and getting healthy eating real food. They are so much fun!

We also talked about my new romance-with-recipes book, to be unveiled on Earth Day, that features a CSA at the Midtown Farmers' Market. (Folks at other markets, this is why I've been so scarce since December!) The romance part will be all fiction (repeat: all fiction) but I hope also all fun. Ironically, it turns out that my CSA farmers Haruka and Jason were giving their talk at the CFAS Sustainable Ag conference at the same time I was ... and we wanted to come to each other's talk!
I'll post the clip when it is available tomorrow. Thanks to Martha Grove Hipskind and the Midtown Raleigh Alliance for inviting me to be on their segment! Thanks to the Midtown Farmers Market for inviting me to be their guest chef on April 27th.
